If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building management, and the applicable carrier.Last Kin may assist with available shipping or tracking information, but we do not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that a shipping carrier confirms were successfully delivered, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
